This Fulfillment Policy describes how Gentleland delivers digital products and services, including courses, community access, SaaS tools, and related digital materials, and how refunds are handled in compliance with EU consumer protection law.

By purchasing or accessing any paid Gentleland service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

3. Nature of Our Services

Gentleland primarily offers digital services, including:

  • Access to digital platforms (e.g. Gentleland Aegis);
  • Online courses, workshops, and coaching sessions;
  • Downloadable digital materials, templates, and guides;
  • Access to private community spaces (e.g. Discord) and mentorship programs.

All services are delivered digitally. No physical shipping takes place unless explicitly stated (e.g. Kickstarter merchandise or physical gifts).


4. Fulfilment Process

a) Digital Access

After successful payment or registration, access to your purchased content or service is usually granted immediately or within 24 hours.
You will receive a confirmation email containing login details or access instructions.

b) Workshops & Events

For live or scheduled events, you will receive an email with access links and event details at least 24 hours before the session begins.

c) Kickstarter & Crowdfunding Rewards

Rewards related to Gentleland-affiliated Kickstarter or crowdfunding campaigns (e.g. digital bonuses, game assets, or community access) are fulfilled according to the timeline and terms listed on the respective campaign page.

Unless otherwise stated, Gentleland does not handle physical fulfillment or direct delivery of campaign rewards.
All fulfillment, shipping, and product delivery are carried out by the respective developer or project team responsible for the campaign.

Gentleland may provide marketing, campaign management, or communication support but is not the contractual seller of the rewards.
Any delivery timelines, shipping updates, or refund requests must therefore be directed to the developer or publisher operating the campaign.


5. Refunds and Withdrawal Rights

a) EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under EU law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of the transaction unless the product is digital and delivered immediately after purchase with prior consent to waive this right.

By purchasing or accessing a Gentleland digital service immediately after checkout, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived once access has been granted.

b) When Refunds Apply

Refunds may be granted if:

  • A technical issue prevents you from accessing purchased digital content and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time;
  • A scheduled event is cancelled by us and no suitable alternative date is offered;
  • You were charged in error or for a duplicate transaction.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Completed workshops or delivered mentoring sessions;
  • Digital downloads, templates, or early-access content already accessed;
  • Community memberships or services partially used.

c) How to Request a Refund

  • Your name
  • Date of purchase
  • Email used for checkout
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.


6. Processing Time and Method

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Any transaction fees retained by payment processors (e.g. Stripe, Kickstarter, PayPal) are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again.
  2. Contact your payment provider.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at info@gentleland.gg

8. Special Terms for Third-Party Platforms

Purchases made via third-party providers (e.g. Kickstarter, Itch.io, or event partners) are subject to those platforms’ respective refund and delivery policies.
Gentleland does not process refunds for payments made directly through third-party marketplaces.


9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our services, applicable laws, or operational processes.
